1. Data We Collect
We collect account details, project metadata, usage analytics, and support communication history. We may also collect diagnostics from build and runtime events to improve reliability. When you join the Openbase beta, we collect your email address, signup source, signup page, signup time, and the consent disclosure version shown when you joined.
2. How We Use Data
Data is used to deliver the product, secure accounts, detect abuse, and improve platform performance. Aggregated usage patterns may be used for product planning and feature prioritization. Beta signup data is also used to unlock downloads and send occasional Openbase product updates.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with infrastructure, payment, and communications vendors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Beta signup details are submitted to the Openbase contact system for access management and product-update delivery.
4. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Backup snapshots may persist for a limited period after deletion requests.
5. Your Choices
You can request account deletion, export project data, and opt out of non-essential product updates. Some data may still be retained where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse. Every product update includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also contact us to remove your beta contact record.
